Returns & Refunds Policy
We now offer returns within 3 days of delivery. Please keep in mind the following conditions:
* Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
* Returns will only be excepted if item is in original condition. No Exceptions.
* If you have ANY problems with your order, or any questions or concerns, please feel free to message me.
* We will accept cancellations if order has not shipped. Please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Shipping & Processing Policy
Processing typically takes 2-3 business days on most orders with the exception of all handmade items. Since all of our beaded bracelets are handmade, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Once your order has been processed, please allow and additional 2-5 business days for shipping. Shipping my vary depending on USPS. We are NOT responsible for delays due to USPS, sorry.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are not responsible for another country's taxes or custom/ import charges which may be applied when your package is delivered or in transit. Failure to pay fees may results in a delay of your item. Please check your local delivery services for more information on delivery status. Please keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. We are not liable for your mistakes. If your order has been returned because the provided address is incorrect, you will be charged a reshipping fee. We are working extremely hard to process your order on the same day, and we usually get the order out the same day. But our standard processing time and shipping time still apply.

Damage Products Policy
Most items are ready to ship and some are handmade. While we do our best to inspect each item before shipping, we understand things happen. In this case, you will have three (3) days from delivery to notify us at contact@tdanielsco.com with any questions or concerns and we'll do our best to help! Proof of purchase is REQUIRED! Customer Service is our number one priority and we want to make sure that our customers are satisfied with their order.

Lost or Stolen Policy
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We highly recommend that you contact us prior to purchasing, to arrange a special delivery that requires a SIGNATURE if you have a history of missing packages. (Additional fees for will be applied). At that time a person at your address must sign and collect your package eliminating the possibility of it being stolen. If you feel that your package is delayed or lost, or if your order has been marked as "delivered" and you have not received your package, please contact USPS at 1-(800) 275-8777. Once packages are shipped, USPS is responsible to safely deliver your items. Customers are required to submit a claim directly with courier online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and follow their guidelines. USPS recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please call the customer service team of the courier.
